New Orleans. -- A man from Laredo Texas was arrested by New Orleans police for crimes involving children.
Officers arrested Randy Chance, Owner of Cactus Transport Services Inc on Wednesday, charging him with statutory rape, child molestation, and enticing a child for indecent purposes.
Randy Chance is accused of sexually assaulting and sodomizing a 10-year-old boy
he remains in custody at the New Orleans Detention Center.
Randy Chance is a registered sex offender with two previous convictions involving sex with children and bankruptcy fraud involving Border Freight, Frontier Freight.
